This is my first time trout fishing.. i usually fish saltwater but i have fished for bass in lakes and ponds before.. im going to be going to a creek called the lil lehigh in pennsylvania ive heard that live worms and minnows work well.. what else will work? i kinda wana just go there fast and pick up a few fish not too much trouble
i went fishing the last couple days and use spinnerbait,crankbait,minnows and worms and only caught 1 large mouth bass!! can anyone tell me what bait to use for what fish??

Well I aint no early morning type of person but I woke up early and went trout fishing with my dad. I just fished this spot for 30 minutes and caught a nice rainbow and a 14 inch brook trout and really appreciate the wildnerness when no one is out and you can only hear the birds chirping. Early morning is so beautiful but more than 1/2 the time I'm too lazy to wake up untill 11am unless im going fishing : )
Oh yeah also if you have any tips on how to use powerbait I would really appreciate it...I usually use spinners and worms but need tips on powerbait...thanks

My boyfriend and I are having a hard time getting any bass to bite these days. We have been using worms in watermelon seed with salt and with salt and prey technology. We also used a rattle trap, a floater, a spoon, We have fished off the bank and off the boat around rocks and hanging structures. Can't get anything at all to bite.
