Looking for Fly Fishing Rod and Reels Outfits with good qualty . Help!!!
I would like to get in touch with someone who builds and repairs fishing rods. The equipment is so overpriced and appears to be something I could easily make myself with a little help from a pro or knowledgable hobbyist. My old glass Fenwick 9' Steelhead Rod is in the shop getting the eyes rewound and I don't like leaving my favorite rod with someone I don't know.
Where can i buy 'Gang Hooks' for trout fishing in the UK? I have searched the internet but every site seems to be in America!
I'm an absolute beginner at fly fishing....I have just barely gotten the hang of casting and how to catch a fish...but now I want my OWN gear. I've only been on two fly fishing trips with others and I think I'm ready to head off myself once in a while.
The thing is, I would like to get a nice, decent rod for a good price. Do you have any suggestions? I have been told that those fly fishing kits you can buy are absolute crap.

Also, where can I find a really really really small fishing rod and lure? And what do I use as bait, since the only think I can think of that flies like is shit, and I'm not touching shit.
