or

Please tell me what bait is best out of theese 2 and suggest some more.

Im going to fly fish one of the best fly fishing rivers on Long Island. Im not really sure what kind of flies to use this time of the year. If anyone has any idea on a type of fly to use please help...

Casting distance most crucial but doesn't break easy the flouracarbon does. fishing for steelhead don't wana go higher than a 6# line.
